  3. Q: Why won't my system recognize the Exabyte SCSI tape drive I've hooked up?

  5. Q: What are the recommended option switch positions?
  6.  
  7. A: While the Exabyte is in self-test mode (at power-on, for example), the system
  8. cannot recognize it on the SCSI bus.  Wait until the tape drive's power-up sequence
  9. is complete before powering on the cube.  Or just disable the power-up test by setting 
  10. switch #1 as shown below.
